Scanner Hardware Errors

Scanner Lamp Failure
  • Turn scanner off and restart.
  • Check scanner lamp connection.
  • Inspect power supply to scanner unit.

Communication Error
  • Reconnect USB or network cable.
  • Restart scanner and computer.
  • Reinstall scanner driver.
  • Try different USB port or cable.
Mechanical Position Errors

Scan Head Position Error
  • Turn scanner off and restart.
  • Check for physical obstruction in scan path.
  • Ensure scanner carriage moves freely.
